We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, generating leads, explaining products and services, and following up with potential customers. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibility

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate new leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with interested customers and leads.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain records of calls, leads and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
